Here’s how our process works:

• With a simple sketch of your part, our team will complete the design, optimize it for injection molding, and suggest the best material for the application.
• Next, we move to rapid prototyping to ensure the design is viable and meets your needs.
• Once the plan is approved, we build the tooling for the mold and produce the parts in our state-of-the-art facility. We even offer finishing operations like laser engraving and ultrasonic welding to ensure your parts meet every specification.

Need more help? We can also assemble your parts, box them up, and drop ship them for you. When it’s time for a repair or you need preventative maintenance, our in-house tool shop can perform any needed servicing on your mold.

Laszeray Technology was founded in 1994 and incorporated in 1998 by Ray Seuffert, an accomplished Tool, Die and Moldmaker. Mr. Seuffert had a rich history of more than 20 years in the aerospace custom tool and die industry.

We have fully trained Quality Control Technicians on every shift to perform first piece approvals, in-process and final inspections on each product. We also have on staff a Quality Assurance Analyst/Supervisor, fully trained and qualified in PPAPs, FAIRs and calibration of inspection and test equipment.
