Founded in 2005, Baltimore Alliance for Careers in Healthcare (BACH) is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to eliminating the critical shortage of qualified healthcare workers in Baltimore. We work with local agencies, healthcare institutions, schools and other organizations to create opportunities for residents to pursue living wage-earning careers in the healthcare industry.
More than 80 partners support our efforts. This includes healthcare providers, foundations, educational institutions, federal agencies and a variety of other nonprofit organizations.
BACH is an industry leader. Our Board of Directors and working committees are led by active and engaged industry representatives from all major healthcare entities in Baltimore.
