POST-HIRE TRAINING

Aluminum ship construction is unique, therefore Austal offers post-hire, paid training programs custom designed to enhance your existing skills and increase your pay while actively working on our cutting edge programs. These individualized, one-on-one training curriculums are taught by instructors well versed in our unique requirements and procedures, and dedicated to building our workforce as well as our vessels.
