Safety is paramount in all we do at EPIC. We work closely with our FBOs to manage their safety and fuel quality. Our Risk Management Department has the experience to keep an FBO operation running smoothly. Dedicated Regional Risk Management Specialists (RMS) perform quality control and safety inspections of every EPIC branded FBO’s operations and equipment.
This ensures the highest level of safety and compliance with industry standards. The RMS team is also a great resource in troubleshooting equipment issues to help keep operations running smoothly to meet the fueling needs of customers.
Plus, EPIC’s road transport carriers are contracted, trained and vetted to EPIC’s standards. All carriers must use grade-dedicated trailers. In case you ever need help in times of disaster, EPIC has a natural disaster response team that monitors weather conditions which could pose a threat to our fuel supply and transportation network. The team is experienced in advance planning, pre-positioning fuel, and working with local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate timely deliveries when conditions safely allow.
